| I dont have a dvd rom/rw nor i have any ISO file of any OS. |
| So I created a bootable USB pen drive from my office to be able to install server 2008 on VMware workstation 8 for practicing purpose. |
| Installation etc all went good. |
| But now whenever i want to load the OS in vmware, i always have to plugin that bootable usb drive else it wont boot. Else it will stuck and loop at network pxe loading screen. | |
| Went into vm bios and did required settings but no good. |
| On pendrive it has created BOOTSECT.BAK file. |
| I want it to boot without the pendrive. |
| In the vm machines settings i removed the pendrive (physical harddisk option) and just kept the .vmdk virtual disk but it still doesnt help. |
